Our CEO, Dan Weinfurter, was the founder and former CEO of Parson Group, which was rated #1 on the Inc. 500 list in October 2000. Our COO, Greg Silich, was the former global CFO of Leo Burnett Worldwide and has over twenty years of global experience in business services. They were joined by a third partner, Keith Swenson, former worldwide partner in Mercer's Human Resources Consulting Group, and now our managing partner, in November of 2003. read more
