The BSC basic model has been used by us during last three years successfully. To achieve our goal using this tool we have to make some changes in order to work in the same way using other and previous tools we have, such as kaizen, quality improvement typical tools and strategic planning. Of course, we want to share our own experiences because we are sure there are many others with more and exciting experiences working with BSC philosophy. Its great to know that you are three year vetran using the scorecard. We are about 15 months old to this process and the process has been very EXCITING.
