From our humble beginnings, First Community Bank has grown to a substantial financial institution in the West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina and Tennessee areas. In 1874, the Bank of Princeton opened its doors in Princeton, West Virginia. At that time, the town consisted of a courthouse, post office, store, tan yard, shoemaker's shop and a dozen or so homesteads.
