Blake Realty was founded in 1922 by Samuel E. Blake and in 1954 was incorporated as Blake Realty, Inc. In 1968 the first branch was opened in Amsterdam, NY and in 1970 divisions were developed to serve various segments of our business including residential, commercial, relocation, investment and development, appraisal, rental and a funding company. Since the 1970's Blake Realty has actively engaged in an extensive merger and acquisition campaign, creating affiliations with 18 leading real estate companies serving various areas of Northeastern New York. Through these efforts Blake Realty has attracted many of the top professionals in our industry and expanded our marketplace to cover an area of more than 6,500 square miles.
