Excerpted from the website: In September 1997, First Ozaukee Savings Bank, a Wisconsin savings bank with total assets of $37.6 million and offices in Cedarburg and Grafton, both suburbs of Milwaukee, was acquired along with its parent company, First Ozaukee Capital Corp., by CIB Marine Bancshares, Inc. Upon acquisition, CIB Marine changed the name of the bank to Marine Bank and Savings. In February 2000, CIB Marine converted the savings bank to a Wisconsin commercial bank, changed its name to Marine Bank, and moved its main office to Wauwatosa, also a suburb of Milwaukee. On March 1, 2006, Marine Bank, a federal savings bank headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, and wholly owned subsidiary of CIB Marine, was merged with and into Marine Bank. On August 1, 2006, CIB Bank, an Indiana state bank headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, was merged with and into Marine Bank. read more
