About Us The Harbin Clinic was founded in 1948 as the successor to the Harbin Hospital that was founded in 1908 by Drs. W.P. and R.M. Harbin. Harbin Clinic is Georgias largest privately-owned, multi-specialty physician clinic. Harbin clinic is an organization of physicians, allied health personnel and support staff, whose goal is to provide the best care in primary and specialty health services. The Harbin Clinic physicians have a ten county primary referral base consisting of Bartow, Chattooga, Floyd, Gordon, Haralson, Polk, Walker, and Paulding counties in Georgia and Cherokee and DeKalb counties in Alabama.
