Hensley E. "Buddy" West, President and; CEO - Hensley E. (Buddy) West, Chairman, President and; CEO - In June 1999, Mr. West founded the Company. Mr. West retired as the President and COO of World Access, a publicly traded global provider of wire line and wireless telecommunication products and services, in February 1999. Prior to joining World Access, Mr. West spent nine years in executive management positions at DSC Communications Corporation, a publicly held manufacturer of digital switching, transmission and access telecom products that was recently acquired by Alcatel. Prior to joining DSC, Mr. West held engineering, sales and executive management positions with California Microwave, ITT Telecommunications and Lucent. Mr. West has a Bachelors Science degree in Engineering Technology from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from the University of Dayton.
