1. Capital Z Asset Management
Capital Z Asset Management ("CZAM") is an alternative investment sponsor headquartered in New York. CZAM and its affiliates provide sponsorship capital to hedge funds and structured products while assuming a meaningful minority interest in their management companies and general partners.
2. CZR Capital, LLC
CZR Capital, LLC was formed in 2005 as a joint venture of Capital Z Investment Partners ("CZIP") and Reservoir Capital Group to focus on private equity fund sponsorship and related co-investment and direct private equity opportunities. The senior investment professionals of CZR Capital formerly led the day-to-day private equity activities of CZIP in the US, Europe and Asia. CZIP has previously committed approximately $1 billion to 15 sponsored private equity funds around the globe. CZR's professionals continue to oversee these investments for CZIP.

Capital Z Partners is a leading private equity investor focused exclusively on the financial services industry in the U.S. and Europe. CZP's principals were among the first private equity investors devoted solely to investing in the financial services industry, and CZP and its predecessor firms have invested in excess of $2.5 billion in over 50 transactions since 1990.
