The Getinge Group is developing rapidly both in terms of sales volumes and customer offerings. Today, Getinge has around 12 000 employees, proprietary sales companies in 33 countries, and 30 production facilities in 14 countries. In 2008, net sales amounted to SEK 19.3 billion and pre-tax profit to SEK 2.2 billion. Since the listing on the Stockholm Stock Exchange in 1993, the Group has had an annual average growth of sales and pre-tax profit of 24% and 21% respectively.
