Personal Challenge
"Our office typically receives payroll checks for the temporary employees we have working at various sources throughout the area, and receives them near the end of the week. This week before Christmas, we received notice from a very large delivery company that they had lost track of our package."
Ryan's company was in quite a bind after receiving the notification of their lost checks. The company couldn't get a hold of anyone who was able to help them and were being passed from operator to operator in the process. It was getting close to Christmas and there was a worry that the employees wouldn't get paid before the holiday.
Enter Jigsaw
To bypass the already lengthy calls our office staff had been enduring I went to Jigsaw in search of answers," Ryan used Jigsaw and knew that there was a good chance he could find a contact of the delivery company in Jigsaw's database.
Results
Ryan was able to find a couple different contacts in Jigsaw and the first one he called provided him and his company with the answers that they were looking for. Their checks were found and arrived just in time for the holiday season.
