Community Marketing & Programs Manager

Role
As Community Marketing and Programs Manager you will play a crucial role working with various departments to build and grow the Jigsaw Community. You will be in charge of community's strategic direction as you determine the best mix of programs, content and promotions that will encourage community activity and awareness. You will analyze and report on the health of the community on a regular basis, and make suggestions for improvements. In addition, you'll manage other strategic marketing programs and promotions on Jigsaw.com
Responsibilities:
- Build strategic, comprehensive marketing plan for the re-launch of the Jigsaw.com community platform
- Provide ongoing marketing program development, strategic vision, and budget guidance for all community activity
- Develop a calendar of community programs and promotions
- Work with outside partners to find and build content
- Develop a dashboard of community health metrics
- Analyze community statistics and make recommendations for program improvements to increase activity
- Manage and implement ad hoc marketing programs and strategic partnerships on Jigsaw.com
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 3-5 years experience in Marketing programs strategy, development, prioritization, and budgeting
- MUST have a strong knowledge of Web 2.0 practices and online communities (Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Must have a deep understanding of the sales, recruiting and marketing professions
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities specific to interactive marketing programs
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work with a remote marketing team
