Students tops in design for future

ENTERPRISING teenagers have come up with a winning design for a uniform for the future.

The look has won a group of students top prize in a regional competition.

Designers, from Roseberry Sports and Community College, in Pelton, near Chesterle-Street, were judged winners in the final of a schools enterprise event, run by technology promoter RTC North.

The contest, Futures Challenge, focused on use of "smart and technical" fabrics for different situations.
