The Oswego School District faces monumental changes in its near future.
A new superintendent is set to be hired next month. The district may face a $9 million budget shortfall next year due to a drop in tax revenue from this year's recession. And enrollment estimates show a third high school might still be needed in as little as five years, despite the drop in housing development.
