Dr. J. Richard Frazier, 72, of Roanoke, Va., passed away on Sunday, August 31, 2008. He was a certified child, adolescent and general psychiatrist who had practiced in the Roanoke community since 1973. He was a graduate of the Seton Hall College of Medicine and Dentistry and had training in both pediatrics and psychiatry. He was member of the American Psychiatric Association.
