The village of Northbrook has four circuits on the list of Commonwealth Edison's worst performing circuits of 2006.

That's the highest number of any North Shore town, according to the latest annual report ComEd is required to file with the Illinois Commerce Commission, which regulates utilities.

The report just confirmed what residents who feel they're always in the dark experience.
