EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - March 18, 2008) - Environment Canada and Fisheries and Oceans Canada have laid three charges against the Canadian National Railway Company (CN) under the federal Migratory Birds Convention Act, 1994 and the federal Fisheries Act.
