Three little words have been muttered by many Coast to Coast entrants and now they have passed the lips of Graham O'Neill.

"One more time," he said, before adding: "but this is the last one."

He claims his entry into next week's longest day will be his final assault on the challenging 243km multisport race.

But this time he will be running, cycling and kayaking more for the benefit of others than his own personal satisfaction.
