Walkers at a beauty spot will soon be able to enjoy the full multi-sensory experience after the Open University devised a pioneering audio commentary.

The 18-stop downloadable podcast will guide walkers and nature lovers through the history of Slapton Sands, near Dartmouth, in South Devon.

At each of the stops along the six-mile walk, the podcast will tell users about the history, geography and natural history of one of the UK's most stunning stretches of coastline.
