Andrews Federal Credit Union welcomes two new officers to the executive team. James Vancini joins as vice president of lending and chief lending officer. Robert Flanyak joins Andrews Federal as vice president of member services. Vancini previously held several executive leadership positions with United Services Automobile Association in San Antonio, Texas.
