WWF-Canada: Thousands Climb the CN Tower to Help Fight Climate Change

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 19, 2008) - More than 6,000 people climbed the 1,776 stairs of Canada's National Tower at the Canada Life CN Tower Climb for WWF-Canada. The goal this year was to raise $1.2 million to help fight climate change. The two-day event consisted of a Team Challenge on Thursday, April 17 and a Public Climb on Saturday, April 19.
