A new business opened recently in downtown Fairborn to provide optical services to residents there.

Osborn Optical Shoppe & Low Vision Center, 8 West Main St., Fairborn, is independently owned and operated by local residents Robert and Juanita Kline. The business officially opened on Nov. 8, but not without some challenges, Juanita Kline said.
