OSWEGO - In the summer of 2001, Oswego School Superintendent David Behlow moved his family to the village, which was still just a small town.
Back then, fields flanked Route 34. And the School District wasn't even half its current size.
Eight years have passed since that summer, bringing with it waves of new students and staff, loads of achievements and the heartbreaking deaths of teens decades too soon.
These memories, Behlow said, made his decision to leave Oswego extremely difficult.
