Sperry Van Ness increasing Tulsa multifamily, retail staff

Sperry Van Ness has doubled its Tulsa contingent to grow its retail and multifamily property business.

"We think this economy presents plenty of opportunity," said broker Andy Burnett.

The Oklahoma City-based brokerage entered Oklahoma's second- largest market in the fall of 2007. Jeff Kaste focused on the retail sector from his office at RiverWalk Crossing in Jenks, while Howard Wolf targeted the office market from his digs in downtown Tulsa's 320 S. Boston complex.
