A clarke Willmott lawyer is the first in the South West to chair Resolution's international committee

Taunton-based family law expert Daniel Eames has been selected to head up the panel that advises on changes to the international family justice system.

Resolution follows a Code of Practice that promotes a non- confrontational approach to family problems. Its members encourage solutions that consider the needs of the whole family - and in particular the best interests of children.
