REMEMBER SAM the Record Man's shop at the corner of Yonge and Gould streets?

It's no longer going to be there. Bought out by Ryerson University, one of Toronto's three universities, the shop is one of three recent real estate purchases which will push the boundaries of the campus well into 2008, campus offcials say.
