Richard Infinger, director emeritus of the South Carolina Trucking Association, died June 29 after a long battle with cancer. He was 75.
Infinger was the former owner and president of Infinger Transportation Co. in Charleston, S.C., a tank truck carrier. He served as SCTA chairman in 1973-74.
"He was one of the most active and supportive members we've had," said SCTA President Rick Todd. "He loved politics . . . and loved our industry and association."
