Errol Olivier has been named president and CEO of Harahan-based Broadpoint, a full-service telecommunications and network solutions company.

Olivier is returning to Broadpoint after retiring from a 17-year career at satellite and telecommunications provider CapRock Communications Inc., where he served as president and CEO.
